Can I change plans at any time?

What counts as an "active" offering?
Any offering in draft, active, or funded status. Closed, cancelled, or redeemed offerings do not count against your limit.
Is the commission on the raised amount or the total offering size?
Commission is charged on the amount actually raised (settled subscriptions), not the target offering size.
Does the Enterprise plan include API rate limits?
Enterprise API keys default to 1,000 requests/minute. Contact us for higher limits.
